Caruana, So and Dominguez head the field at the 2024 US Championship

The US Championship and the US Women’s Championship will take place on 11-24 October at the World Chess Hall of Fame in Saint Louis. Each field will feature 12 players competing for a total purse of more than $400,000. Fabiano Caruana and Wesley So are the top seeds in the open section, while Irina Krush and defending champion Carissa Yip are the highest-rated players in the women’s category.
