Floripa Open in Brazil: A tough, multitudinous field

The Floripa Open, part of the Brazil Chess Series, is taking place on 17-25 January as a 10-player Swiss open in Florianópolis. Niclas Huschenbeth recently announced that he would be competing in the popular Brazilian event.
