Sharjah 2023 with world class players

The tournament starts today, in the world’s biggest chess club. The 6th Sharjah Masters 2023 is taking place from May 17th (first round) to 26th (departure). Participating are around 100 grandmaster, among them at least 30 of the world’s top 100 players, making this the strongest open in history. There are a lot of young talents, players in their late teens and early twenties, with ratings around 2700. It’s going to be exciting to watch.
